The Abandoned Chairs Series. In the corner of the abandoned church sits an armchair, fit for the dump. Red vinyl against red frescoed walls, the chair was a statement in the dust laden air, reminiscent of incense smoke and risqué confessions. The aptly named “Dust Church”, once a haven for the remorseful, was demolished in early 2017.
